1. Assist the Civil Litigation team in implementing Intellectual Property rights for Louis Vuitton and Berluti in Europe.
2. Handle pre-litigation and civil litigation cases related to Intellectual Property and related rights.
3. Draft cease and desist letters.
4. Compile pre-litigation case files.
5. Conduct investigations and legal research, drafting synthesis notes.
6. Draft legal opinions and recommendations.
7. Monitor pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with external correspondents.
8. Prepare negotiations and meetings.
9. Draft agreement protocols.
10. Contribute to transversal projects such as press reviews.
11. Collaborate on a jurisprudence review with a fellow intern.

1. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property.
2. Enrolled in a law school with a focus on Intellectual Property, holding a Master 2 degree.

1. Proficient in design rights, copyright, and trademark law.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficient in office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and legal databases.
4. Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and initiative in a team setting.

Previous experience in a law firm, consultancy, or corporate Intellectual Property department is advantageous.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.

Interns will undergo two evaluations to assess skill acquisition and will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values.
