1. Conduct online surveillance and investigations into counterfeit offerings across various platforms including individual websites, sales platforms, search engines, and social media.
2. Collaborate with legal team members to define strategies for combating identified infringing content.
3. Draft, send, and monitor cease-and-desist letters and notifications to internet intermediaries, with potential escalation to civil or criminal litigation.
4. Research and draft legal memos based on current legal developments in areas such as domain names and intermediary liability.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Intellectual Property Law or Digital Law, or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in American and international intellectual property law.
2. Strong interest in digital environments.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Meticulous attention to detail, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

A preliminary experience in the field of intellectual property is required.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or Digital Law, or equivalent.

Interns will undergo two evaluations during the internship to assess skill acquisition and will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values.
