1. Assist the Intellectual Property department, specifically the Criminal Litigation team in Europe, in implementing IP rights for Louis Vuitton Malletier.
2. Prepare and monitor criminal litigation processes.
3. Follow up on customs procedures and collaborate with enforcement authorities.
4. Conduct expert analyses, prepare and organize case files.
5. Gather evidence and conduct various research tasks.
6. Draft and manage complaints and civil party submissions.
7. Monitor and execute judgments.

1. Currently enrolled in a postgraduate program in Intellectual/Industrial Property.
2. Previous experience in intellectual property is required.
3. Fluency in English is essential.
4. Demonstrated rigor, dynamism, and proactivity.
5. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively in a team environment.
