1. Assist the Intellectual Property Contracts team and Berluti Brand/Design Portfolio in contract activities including collaboration, design, music, video, photography, and publishing agreements.
2. Conduct legal research and draft intellectual property legal notes.
3. Support the management of Berluti's brand and design portfolio, including deadline tracking and handling administrative pre-litigation and litigation matters.
4. Validate projects through prior rights searches, competition analysis, and varied clearance processes.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
2. Proficiency in English.

Entry-level experience, ideally with prior exposure in a law firm, consultancy, or corporate intellectual property department.
