1. Assist the Intellectual Property Contracts team with various contract activities, including collaborations, designers, music, video, photography, models, and publishing.
2. Conduct analyses and syntheses of files and contracts, and monitor contract progress.
3. Perform research on case law and usage inquiries, and draft legal memoranda in intellectual property law.
4. Support the management of the Berluti brand and model portfolio, including deadline tracking and handling administrative pre-litigation and litigation (opposition, cancellation actions).
5. Validate projects through prior art searches (trademarks, models, copyright), competitive analysis, and varied clearance activities.

1. Holder of a Master 2 in Intellectual Property.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Excellent organizational abilities.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. High level of reactivity and attention to detail.

Previous experience in a law firm, intellectual property consultancy, or an intellectual property department is preferred.

Master 2 in Intellectual Property.
