3. Validate projects through prior rights searches (trademarks, designs, copyright).
4. Prepare reputation and usage evidence dossiers.
5. Conduct research on case law and usage investigations.
6. Draft legal memoranda in intellectual property law.
7. Analyze and synthesize case files.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
2. Proficiency in English.
