1. Assist the Intellectual Property Contracts team and Berluti Brand/Model Portfolio in contract activities including collaboration, designer, music, video, photo, model, and publishing agreements.
2. Conduct analyses and syntheses of dossiers and contracts, and monitor contract compliance.
3. Perform legal research, including case law and usage investigations, and draft intellectual property legal notes.
4. Support the management of the Berluti brand and model portfolio, including deadline tracking and handling administrative pre-litigation/litigation (opposition, cancellation actions).
5. Validate projects through prior art searches (trademarks, designs, copyright), competitive analysis, and varied clearance activities.

1. Holder of a Master 2 in Intellectual Property.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Strong reactivity and attention to detail.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Previous experience in a law firm, intellectual property consultancy, or IP department is required.

Master 2 in Intellectual Property.

Interns will participate in an integration day with new arrivals to understand the brand's values. Two evaluations with the internship supervisor will be conducted mid-term and at the end of the internship to assess skill acquisition.
