1. Assist the Civil Litigation Europe team in implementing Intellectual Property rights for Louis Vuitton and Berluti.
2. Handle pre-litigation and civil litigation cases in Intellectual Property law and related rights.
3. Draft cease and desist letters.
4. Prepare pre-litigation case files.
5. Conduct investigations and legal research, drafting synthesis notes.
6. Draft legal opinions and recommendations.
7. Manage pre-litigation and litigation files in collaboration with correspondents.
8. Prepare for negotiations and meetings.
9. Draft protocol agreement projects.
10. Work on cross-functional projects such as press review management.
11. Collaborate with another intern to draft a case law review at the end of the internship.

1. Enrolled in a postgraduate program in Intellectual Property.
2. Law student with a Master's degree in Intellectual Property.
3. Proficient in design, copyright, and trademark law.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Proficient in office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and legal databases.
3. Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and initiative in a team setting.

Previous experience in a law firm or corporate Intellectual Property department is advantageous.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property.

Interns will undergo two evaluations to assess skill acquisition and will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values.
