Responsibilities
- Assist the Civil Litigation team in implementing Intellectual Property rights for Louis Vuitton and Berluti.
- Handle pre-litigation and civil litigation cases in Intellectual Property law.
- Draft cease and desist letters.
- Prepare pre-litigation files.
- Conduct investigations.
- Research case law and legal doctrine, and draft summary notes.
- Draft legal opinions and recommendations.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation files in collaboration with correspondents.
- Prepare negotiations and meetings.
- Draft settlement agreement projects.
- Work on cross-functional projects such as press review processing.
- Co-author a case law review with another intern at the end of the internship.
Qualifications
- Student in a third cycle of Intellectual Property.
- Law student with a Master 2 in Intellectual Property.
Skills
- Proficiency in design and model law, copyright law, and trademark law.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and legal databases.
Experience Requirements
First experience in a law firm or as part of an Intellectual Property department in a company, demonstrating rigor, autonomy, and initiative.
Education Requirements
Master 2 in Intellectual Property.
