1. Manage the trademark and design portfolio.
2. Handle pre-litigation and administrative litigation processes, including cease and desist letters, oppositions, and cancellation actions.
3. Validate projects through prior rights searches in trademarks, designs, and copyrights.
4. Prepare notoriety and use evidence files.
5. Conduct research on case law and usage investigations.
6. Draft legal memoranda on intellectual property issues.
7. Analyze and synthesize case files.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
2. Proficiency in English.

Prior experience in a law firm, IP consultancy, or corporate IP department is advantageous but not required.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.

Interns will undergo two evaluations to assess skill acquisition and will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values.
