- Manage the brand and design portfolio.
- Handle pre-litigation and administrative litigation processes, including cease and desist letters, oppositions, and cancellation actions.
- Validate projects through prior rights searches (trademarks, designs, copyright).
- Prepare notoriety and proof of use dossiers.
- Conduct research on case law and usage inquiries.
- Draft legal notes on intellectual property.
- Analyze and synthesize case files.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in a law firm, IP consultancy, or corporate IP department is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and responsive in a fast-paced setting.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with foundational knowledge in intellectual property law.
Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
Interns will undergo two evaluations during the internship to assess skill acquisition and will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values.
