1. Manage the brand and design portfolio.
2. Handle pre-litigation and administrative litigation processes, including cease and desist letters, oppositions, and cancellation actions.
3. Validate projects through prior rights searches (trademarks, designs, copyright).
4. Prepare notoriety and proof of use dossiers.
5. Conduct research on case law and usage inquiries.
6. Draft legal notes on intellectual property.
7. Analyze and synthesize case files.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Previous experience in a law firm, IP consultancy, or corporate IP department is advantageous.
