1. Assist the Intellectual Property department, specifically within the Criminal Litigation team for Europe.
2. Support the implementation of intellectual property rights for Louis Vuitton Malletier.
3. Prepare and monitor criminal litigation proceedings.
4. Oversee customs procedures and liaise with enforcement authorities.
5. Conduct expert analyses, prepare case files, and organize documentation.
6. Gather evidence and conduct various research activities.
7. Draft and manage complaints and civil party applications.
8. Monitor and execute judgments.

1. Currently enrolled in a postgraduate program in Intellectual Property or Industrial Property.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Dynamic and proactive approach.
4. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
5. Team-oriented mindset.

A preliminary experience in the field of intellectual property is required.

Postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property or Industrial Property.
