1. Oversee and process U.S. Customs and Border Protection matters related to Louis Vuitton Intellectual Property.
2. Review and analyze Customs data to identify trends in counterfeit smuggling.
3. Conduct targeting research using social media and the internet.
4. Prepare monthly Customs statistics and author CBP Cease and Desist Notices.
5. Analyze importation trends and review investigative reports for developing targets.
6. Create matrices for prioritizing and targeting properties.
7. Assist in processing evidence for criminal matters.
8. Develop training materials for law enforcement in authentication of Louis Vuitton products.
9. Conduct statistical trend analysis for U.S. Customs and Border Protection seizure reporting.
10. Draft legal correspondence, including Contributory Liability Notice Letters and Cease and Desist Vendor Letters.

1. Relevant experience in Intellectual Property or Legal Field, preferably within the retail industry.
2. Exceptional MS Office skills with strong analytical abilities.
3. Self-motivated, highly driven, and organized with a proactive approach.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.

1. Strong analytical skills for data gathering and analysis.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field.

Salary range of USD $70,000 – $80,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
