- Oversee and process U.S. Customs and Border Protection matters related to Louis Vuitton Intellectual Property.
- Review and analyze Customs data to identify trends in counterfeit smuggling.
- Conduct targeting research using social media and the internet.
- Prepare monthly Customs statistics and author CBP Cease and Desist Notices.
- Analyze importation trends and review investigative reports for developing targets.
- Create matrices for prioritizing and targeting properties.
- Assist in processing evidence for criminal matters.
- Develop training materials for law enforcement in authentication of Louis Vuitton products.
- Conduct statistical trend analysis for U.S. Customs and Border Protection seizure reporting.
- Draft legal correspondence, including Contributory Liability Notice Letters and Cease and Desist Vendor Letters.
- Relevant experience in Intellectual Property or Legal Field, preferably within the retail industry.
- Exceptional MS Office skills with strong analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, highly driven, and organized with a proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for data gathering and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
Salary range of USD $70,000 – $80,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
