- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and sales data to identify trends and root causes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
- Enhance workflow efficiency and develop sales and demand forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect customer feedback data with business outcomes.
- Support management in developing data-driven business recommendations and business cases.
- Translate operational and customer data into insight summaries for customer experience planning.
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation trends to improve retention and engagement.
- Generate target customer cohorts and support engagement action plans with E-Commerce and CRM teams.
- Monitor engagement outcomes and provide recommendations to optimize follow-up workflows.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, customer experience insights, or related roles.
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer experience–driven organizations preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
- Business-level English proficiency preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret data and synthesize insights into clear communication.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, customer experience insights, or related roles, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer experience–driven organizations.
