1. Collaborate with the Digital Retail and Client Development teams, focusing on innovation.
2. Assist in managing innovative projects centered around new client experiences and technologies such as blockchain, Web3, and AI.
3. Support digital retail and client development teams by providing insights on the latest trends and growth opportunities.
4. Enhance strategic monitoring of technological, consumer, and luxury trends.
5. Stay informed about market changes to anticipate societal and technological shifts.
6. Conduct research and analysis, including quantitative and qualitative assessments, to understand changes in client experience.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent university program, at Master 1 or 2 level.
