1. Doctorate or Engineering degree in Textile, Chemistry, or Materials.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Research & Innovation.
3. Successful track record of bringing innovation projects to market.

1. Proficiency in innovation methodologies such as design thinking.
2. Expertise in research tools and R&D project management.
3. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 10 years in research and innovation, with a proven ability to lead projects to commercialization in collaboration with external partners and cross-functional teams.
