- Serve as the primary point of contact for Manufacturing and Industrial Supply Chain applications.
- Collaborate with local and global IS&T LV_NEO teams, third-party vendors, and support teams.
- Ensure application management service level agreements are met.
- Manage and monitor systems and evolutions of Manufacturing applications, primarily on SAP.
- Create and maintain project plans for new business project requests.
- Provide effective production support management for all applications within scope.
- Participate in functional and integration testing.
- Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and coordinate UAT execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and central office to manage application product roadmaps.
- Manage IS&T resources and project schedules.
- Structure test campaigns and develop risk assessment and mitigation plans.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems or a business-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IS&T with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FMS Solution, particularly PP, WM, and ME/MII modules.
- Experience with Manufacturing & Industrial Supply Chain Applications.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Proven ability to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Excellent project management skills, including managing priorities, issues, and risks.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, matrixed environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Openness to new technologies.
- Strong SAP expertise, particularly in PP, WM, and ME/MII modules.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology with progressively increasing responsibilities.
