1. Develop and ensure the reliability of industrial technical data for new product development in the leather goods sector.
2. Construct technical specifications, define operational ranges, specific tooling, and industrial plans to enable repeatable manufacturing processes.
3. Collaborate closely with prototypists, project managers, and quality, methods, and production services to drive new product development.
4. Propose industrial manufacturing processes post-prototype validation across all workshop sectors (cutting, preparation, assembly).
5. Play a key role in color or material variations for products in serial production, updating operational modes, tools, technical files, and nomenclatures.
6. Integrate health, safety, and environmental considerations into new product development, optimizing ergonomic requirements and material usage to minimize environmental impact.

1. Technical training at BAC+2 level or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in product industrialization within leather goods, saddlery, or footwear.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous approach.
2. Ability to adapt and propose innovative solutions.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
4. Fundamental knowledge of leather goods and pattern making.
5. Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with RCS tools (or willingness to undergo internal training).

Minimum of 3 years in a related industrialization role within the leather goods or similar industry.

Technical training at BAC+2 level or equivalent.
