- Oversee the development of new products during the industrialization phase.
- Collaborate with the project manager post-validation by the modelist to ensure product aesthetics.
- Propose industrialization solutions respecting deadlines, costs, and quality standards while aligning with the Design team's expectations.
- Design and coordinate the creation of production tools and templates.
- Develop production processes in collaboration with development references.
- Create technical dossiers for the outsourcing of material and removable component cutting.
- Enhance and monitor products in series production, managing product diversification and implementing modification requests.
- Update tools, technical dossiers, and product nomenclature.
- Participate in quality audits and liaise with internal and external quality services, other sites, and subcontractors.
- Integrate health, safety, and environmental considerations into new product development.
- Collaborate with ergonomists and occupational health services to anticipate and address ergonomic risks before production commencement.
- Adapt equipment and tools to meet ergonomic requirements of the workshop.
- Optimize raw material usage during project execution.
- BTS or Bachelor's degree in fashion, leather goods, textiles, or modeling.
- Proficiency in design fundamentals, including reference, tolerances, and dimension chains.
- Mastery of industrial processes.
- Strong visual-spatial ability.
- Knowledge of leather goods or textile industry.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
- Understanding of workshop equipment and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational, analytical, and methodological rigor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a project-based environment.

Entry-level position; experience in the fashion industry is advantageous.
