Louis Vuitton Industrialization Technician

- Ensure the development of new products during their industrialization phase, proposing cost-effective solutions while adhering to quality standards and design expectations.
- Improve and monitor products in series production, engaging in continuous improvement of products, operational methods, and organizational processes.
- Create technical dossiers for outsourcing material and component cutting, manage product diversification, and implement internal and external modification requests.
- Update tools, technical dossiers, and product nomenclature, and participate in the development of qualification plans.
- Contribute to the formalization and application of best practices in design and operational methods.
- Participate in quality audits, MRP, and liaise with internal and external quality services, other sites, and subcontractors.
- Integrate health, safety, and environmental considerations into new product development, collaborating with ergonomists and occupational health services to anticipate and address ergonomic risks.
- Adapt equipment and tools to ergonomic requirements and optimize raw material usage in project execution.
- Diploma in fashion-related fields such as BTS or DUT in modeling or soft materials industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in office software and domain-specific applications.
- Understanding of design fundamentals: reference, tolerances, dimension chains.
- Mastery of process capability and knowledge of leather goods and leatherworking.
- Basic technical English vocabulary.
- Desirable skills include CAD proficiency, knowledge of information and physical flow, and familiarity with workshop equipment and tools.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the fashion industry, particularly in industrialization or product development roles.
Diploma in fashion-related fields such as BTS or DUT in modeling or soft materials industry.
