- Ensure the development of new products during their industrialization phase, proposing cost-effective industrialization solutions while adhering to quality and design expectations.
- Improve and monitor products in series production, engaging in continuous improvement of products, processes, and organizational methods.
- Create technical dossiers for the outsourcing of material and component cutting.
- Manage product diversification, including variations in color and material.
- Implement internal and external modification requests and update product definitions and operational modes.
- Maintain and update tools, technical dossiers, and product nomenclature.
- Participate in the development of qualification plans and contribute to the formalization and application of best design practices.
- Engage in quality audits and collaborate with internal and external quality services, other sites, and subcontractors.
- Integrate health, safety, and environmental considerations into new product development, collaborating with ergonomists and occupational health services to anticipate and address ergonomic risks.
- Adapt equipment and tools to meet ergonomic requirements and optimize raw material usage during project execution.
- Diploma in fashion-related fields such as CAP, BEP, BTS, or DUT, complemented by professional experience in the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in office software and domain-specific applications.
- Mastery of design fundamentals, including reference, tolerances, and dimension chains.
- Understanding of process capability and leather goods industry knowledge.
- Basic technical English vocabulary.
- Desirable skills include CAD proficiency, knowledge of information and physical flow, and familiarity with workshop equipment and tools.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion industry.
Diploma in fashion-related fields such as CAP, BEP, BTS, or DUT.
