1. Oversee the production of new products ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timelines.
2. Order tools, templates, and small equipment while providing all necessary technical documentation.
3. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to refine products from design to series validation.
4. Launch tooling, configure production means, and monitor processes.
5. Validate cutting and assembly processes, propose improvements, and define quality parameters.
6. Create and update technical files and databases.
7. Communicate information effectively both orally and in writing.
8. Monitor product lifecycle and manage series modification requests.

1. Pursuing a diploma such as BTS in fashion or leather goods in an apprenticeship format.
2. Background in leather goods and/or soft materials preferred.
3. Interest in product development and industrial environments.

4. Appreciation for hands-on, workshop-based experiences.

Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program, such as BTS in fashion or leather goods.
