1. Support production teams in the development of new products.
2. Establish necessary documentation for manufacturing processes.
3. Define production ranges and nomenclatures.
4. Participate in the prototyping of models under development.
5. Create product plans using CAD software.
6. Validate and implement production tools.
7. Develop a repeatable and ergonomic manufacturing process.

1. Enrolled in a Bac +2 level program in Leather Goods or related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
4. Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
5. Experience with CAD/CAO software is advantageous.

No prior experience required, though experience in leather goods or fashion is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Bac +2 level diploma in Leather Goods or a related field.
