- Oversee the development of new products during the industrialization phase.

- Ensure compliance with the company's product design guidelines.
- Initiate the first GS operational range and adjust production methods.
- Maintain and enhance the product reinforcement and surface bill of materials.
- Ensure the feasibility and repeatability of processes through pre-series pilot management.
- Contribute to risk analysis for new products.
- Design plans, create tool documentation, request quotes, and place orders while challenging costs, timelines, and technologies.
- Collaborate with methods and maintenance teams for operational modes and equipment selection.
- Initiate laboratory tests for design validation.
- Draft technical documentation, including stitching standards and checklists.
- Provide technical support to the manufacturing department during production startup.
- Create technical files for outsourcing material and component cutting.
- Manage product diversification, including color and material variations.
- Track product improvements and update definitions and operational modes.
- Update tools, technical files, and product bill of materials.
- Contribute to the formalization and application of design and operational best practices.
- Adapt equipment and tools to meet ergonomic workshop requirements.
