1. Oversee the product industrialization process, focusing on mitigating time and quality risks.
2. Ensure timely product launches by meticulously tracking progress against targets and providing regular reports.
3. Support suppliers throughout the industrialization process to guarantee products meet Louis Vuitton quality standards.
4. Proactively identify product deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
5. Optimize timelines between Go Style/Master and Master/Go Prod phases.
6. Guide and assess supplier capabilities, implementing processes to enhance finished product quality.
7. Maintain and update data management systems.

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
2. 4+ years of experience in industrialization-related roles preferred.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Excellent English language skills; French proficiency is a plus.
5. Familiarity with project management tools.
6. Experience with PLM systems is highly desirable.
