1. Prepare the development of new products, including defining timelines, identifying material and machinery needs, and overseeing industrial elements such as molds and templates.
2. Analyze logistical and production challenges.
3. Assist in the management of the installation of a new production line, focusing on layout and workflow.
4. Monitor prototype series for validation purposes.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes in new product development.
6. Engage in cross-functional projects according to site activities.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in general engineering or project management (Bac+4/5).
2. A preliminary experience in an industrial environment is preferred.

2. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3. Organized, meticulous, and adept at prioritizing tasks.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Lean Manufacturing tools.

Entry-level, suitable for students with some prior exposure to industrial settings through internships or summer jobs.
