1. Define manufacturing processes for new products and plan the critical path of tasks and subtasks, including duration and interdependencies.
2. Support the implementation of a new industrialization process by analyzing the relevance of a dedicated prototyping/development area for new projects.
3. Assist first-piece coordinators and project managers.
4. Utilize project planning in CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) mode and conduct risk analysis (ergonomics, assembly, site quality).
5. Develop processes related to cross-functional operation and validation (inventory of missing tools, implementation of tracking tools, and material consumption management throughout the project).
6. Participate in the management and animation of a multidisciplinary team (Model Maker, Developer, Maintenance Technician, Method, Scheduler, Supplier, and Manufacturers).

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and agility with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Environmental awareness with a commitment to contributing to the company's objectives.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
