1. Define manufacturing processes for new products, including critical path planning of tasks and subtasks.
2. Support the implementation of a new industrialization process.
3. Analyze the feasibility of a dedicated prototyping/development area for new projects.
4. Assist first-piece coordinators and project managers.
5. Utilize Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) for project planning and risk analysis.
6. Develop processes for cross-functional operations and validation, including tool inventory and material consumption tracking.
7. Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team including model makers, technicians, and suppliers.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business or Engineering with a focus on production or industrial project management.
2. Interest in industrial environments and new product development.
