Industrialization Project Manager Intern

1. Define manufacturing processes for new products and plan the critical path of tasks and subtasks.
2. Support the implementation of a new industrialization process.
3. Analyze the relevance of a dedicated prototyping/development area for new projects.
4. Assist first-piece coordinators and project managers.
5. Utilize CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) for project planning and risk analysis.
6. Create processes for cross-functional operation and validation.
7. Participate in the management and coordination of a multidisciplinary team.
