1. Define manufacturing processes for new products, including critical path planning for tasks and subtasks.
2. Support the implementation of a new industrialization process.
3. Analyze the feasibility of a dedicated prototyping and development area for new projects.
4. Assist first-piece coordinators and project managers.
5. Utilize CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) for project planning and risk analysis.
6. Develop processes for cross-functional validation and operation modes.
7. Participate in the management and coordination of a multidisciplinary team.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
2. Curiosity and agility in problem-solving.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
