- Participate in the industrialization of new products within a project team.
- Develop and implement standards on the production line.
- Assist in the setup of production lines.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects related to safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate deployed projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Ideally, some initial experience in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and team-oriented.
Entry-level, ideally with some initial experience in an industrial setting.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
