1. Participate in the industrialization of new products within a project team.
2. Develop and implement manufacturing line standards.
3. Contribute to the setup of manufacturing lines.
4. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity.
5. Monitor and evaluate the progress and outcomes of deployed projects and initiatives.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Ideally, some initial experience in an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
3. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
5. Proactive and adaptable to a demanding environment.

Ideal candidates will have some initial exposure to industrial settings, though this is not mandatory.
