Louis Vuitton Industrialization Method Engineer Intern

- Coordinate continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies to optimize production processes.
- Contribute to the enhancement of production capacity, flexibility, and performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define production processes, establish operating procedures, and create workstation documentation.
- Determine equipment and tooling needs, and implement production lines within budgetary and time constraints.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
- Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leather goods artisans in the assigned sector.
- Participate in cost reduction initiatives for high-value-added products.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent (Master's level).
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
- Possess a strong environmental awareness and commitment to the company's sustainability goals.
- Curiosity and adaptability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
