3. Define production processes, establish operating procedures, and create workstation documentation.
4. Determine equipment and tooling needs, and implement production lines within budgetary and time constraints.
5. Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
6. Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leather goods artisans in the assigned sector.
7. Participate in cost reduction initiatives for high-value-added products.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent (Master's level).
2. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
3. Possess a strong environmental awareness and commitment to the company's sustainability goals.
