Industrial Planning Manager

1. Ensure optimal use of production capacity to continuously manufacture products needed by the distribution network.
2. Coordinate production tracking and stock consolidation for managed industrial product segments.
3. Participate in budgeting and three-year planning to establish necessary capacities for product plans.
4. Lead planning for a region comprising five to seven industrial sites.
5. Validate manufacturing programs with site Supply Chain Managers.
6. Participate in the allocation of new products.
7. Conduct monthly supply chain performance reviews with site management teams.
8. Optimize supply chain processes such as allocation, multi-sourcing, and planning tools.
9. Implement performance indicators and lead continuous improvement action plans.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent (BAC + 5) in Engineering, Business School, or University.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or industrial operations.

2. Solid understanding of technical supply chain aspects.
3. Expertise in continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree equivalent (BAC + 5) in Engineering, Business School, or University.
