Louis Vuitton Industrial Management Control Assistant Intern

- Collaborate with the site management control supervisor and various site teams to provide support.
- Participate in monitoring site management indicators, including daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to measure the workshop's performance.
- Track time performance metrics such as activity, pace, productivity, absenteeism rates, hourly rates, workforce movements, and integration of new entrants and products.
- Monitor material performance, including leather loss rates, non-conformity tracking, stock management, and obsolescence.
- Ensure budgetary tracking of operating expenses and capital expenditures, implementing cost-reduction actions and monitoring ROI.
- Verify and validate product costings in collaboration with technical teams.
- Prepare monthly closures, including invoicing, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and enhance production tracking reports.
- Propose and animate improvement initiatives.
- Enrollment in a business school or university with a specialization in finance or management.
- Previous professional experience through an internship or student job.
- Proficiency in management control techniques.
- Strong aptitude for IT tools, particularly Excel, Power BI/Query, SAP, and databases.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships across various contacts.
- Willingness to verify hypotheses on-site with teams and measure progress.
Entry-level experience, ideally through a prior internship or student job in a related field.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or finance.
