1. Monitor the budget of the Hub, ensuring correct analytical allocation of expenses.
2. Coordinate with each department to adhere to budget limits.
3. Lead cost reduction projects.
4. Present monthly financial updates to the management team.
5. Prepare monthly closures, including provisions, reclassification of expenses, and invoicing.
6. Conduct qualitative analyses of general expenses and site hourly rates.
7. Record fixed assets in SAP and monitor machine inventory.
8. Manage administrative tasks such as service contracts and supplier creation.
9. Ensure timely payment of suppliers by monitoring invoice status.

1. Currently pursuing a degree from a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on finance/management.
2. Looking for a final-year internship.

1. Proficiency in management control techniques and IT tools (Excel, ERP, databases).
2. Knowledge of POWERBI is appreciated.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain good relationships.
5. Attention to detail and autonomy.

A significant initial experience in industrial management control is required.

Ideally from a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on finance/management.

The position is based in a warehouse in Malissard, 7 km from Valence, in a region that values inclusivity and diversity.
