1. Monitor the budget of the Hub, ensuring correct analytical allocation of expenses.
2. Collaborate with each department to adhere to budgetary constraints.
3. Lead and report on cost-reduction projects.
4. Present monthly financial updates to the management team during Finance Committee and performance reviews.
5. Prepare monthly financial closures, including provisions, reclassification of expenses, and billing entries.
6. Conduct qualitative analyses of overheads and site hourly rates.
7. Record fixed assets in SAP and oversee machine inventory audits.
8. Manage site administration, including service contracts and supplier creation.
9. Ensure timely payment of suppliers by monitoring invoice status.

1. Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance/Management-related fields.
2. Previous experience in industrial management control is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in management control techniques and IT tools such as Excel and ERP systems.
2. Familiarity with POWERBI and databases is preferred.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
5. Autonomous and meticulous with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ideal candidates should have some prior exposure to industrial management control.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
