1. Lead the economic management of the site, including the construction of the annual budget and financial evaluation of the medium-term plan.
2. Develop financial scenarios to support decision-making processes.
3. Plan and conduct periodic audits and comprehensive reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
4. Drive financial performance improvements and actively contribute to achieving production objectives.
5. Facilitate cost improvement initiatives across materials, procurement, and production.
6. Participate in cross-site initiatives led by central industrial financial control.
7. Manage and develop a team within the site.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in industrial financial control or auditing industrial sites.

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong analytical and financial management skills.
3. Proven leadership and team management abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with a strategic vision and team-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 10 years in industrial financial control or auditing industrial sites, with direct experience in management.

Advanced degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, or a related field.
