1. Advanced degree (Master's level) in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in industrial financial control or auditing industrial sites.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial financial control or auditing, with direct involvement in site operations. Prior management experience is preferred.
