1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in industrial financial control or auditing of industrial sites.

3. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
4. Rigorous, curious, and determined with a strategic vision and team spirit.

A minimum of 10 years in industrial financial control or auditing, with hands-on experience in site operations. Previous management experience is preferred.
