1. Assist in monitoring site management indicators such as daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to assess the performance of the workshop.
2. Track time performance metrics including activity, pace, productivity, absenteeism rates, hourly rates, workforce movements, and integration of new entrants and products.
3. Monitor material performance metrics such as leather loss rates, non-conformity and non-quality tracking, stock management, inventories, and obsolescence.
4. Ensure budgetary tracking of operating expenses and capital expenditures, implementing cost reduction actions and monitoring return on investments.
5. Verify and validate product costings in collaboration with technical teams.
6. Prepare monthly closures, including billing, analysis, and reporting.
7. Create and enhance production tracking reports.
8. Propose and animate improvement initiatives.

1. Ideally from a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on finance/management.
2. First experience in industrial cost control.

1. Proficiency in management control techniques.
2. Strong affinity for IT tools such as Excel, Power BI/Query, SAP, and databases.
3. Rigorous and autonomous work ethic.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain good relationships across various contacts.

Entry-level experience in industrial cost control is required.

Business or engineering school, or university studies with a focus on finance/management.
