1. Assist in monitoring site management indicators (daily, weekly, monthly KPIs) to measure the performance of the workshop.
2. Track time performance metrics such as activity, pace, productivity, absenteeism rates, hourly rates, workforce movements, and integration of new entrants and products.
3. Monitor material performance, including leather loss rates, non-conformity tracking, stock management, inventories, and obsolescence.
4. Ensure budgetary tracking of operating expenses and capital expenditures, implement cost reduction actions, and monitor return on investments.
5. Verify and validate product costings in collaboration with technical teams.
6. Prepare monthly closures including billing, analysis, and reporting.
7. Create and enhance production tracking reports.
8. Propose and animate improvement initiatives.

1. Ideally from a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on finance/management.
2. Previous experience in industrial cost control.

2. Strong aptitude for IT tools (Excel, Power BI/Query, SAP, databases).

Entry-level experience in industrial cost control is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on finance/management.
