Louis Vuitton Industrial Controlling Manager

- Serve as a key business partner to the operating teams and leadership on site, providing strategic financial guidance.
- Lead the Industrial Controlling Manager team, reporting to the Head of Finance for the Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit.
- Manage and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Director to align operational and financial goals, driving towards results.
- Oversee the development of manufacturing estimates and operating plans, ensuring accuracy in financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance, advising leadership on risks, opportunities, and recommending strategic actions.
- Drive cost improvement projects across various departments, enhancing productivity and inventory management.
- Support change management initiatives and the implementation of new systems.
- Provide financial controllership for strategic investments impacting the manufacturing unit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in multinational companies, particularly in industrial finance roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as SAP and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in foreign languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is advantageous.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in multinational companies, particularly in industrial finance roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
