Industrial Controlling Manager

1. Be part of the extended site management team.
2. Manage, lead, coordinate, and develop a team of three direct reports.
3. Partner with the Workshop Director to align operational and financial goals.
4. Develop manufacturing estimates and operating plans on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
5. Ensure accuracy of financial estimates and analyze variances.
6. Drive profitable growth through financial analysis and reporting.
7. Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Participate in improving productivity and inventory management.
9. Lead cost improvement projects across various departments.
10. Contribute to cross-disciplinary actions managed by central industrial management control.
11. Provide finance controllership for strategic investments impacting the manufacturing unit.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
2. Multiple years of relevant work experience in multinational companies.
3. Experience in manufacturing finance and understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and productivity.

1. Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems/applications (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
2. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
3. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
5. Ability to speak foreign languages is a plus (French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian).
6. Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives.
7. Provide regular coaching and mentoring to team members.

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in multinational companies, particularly in business partnering roles within industrial companies.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
