- Monitor site management indicators on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Contribute to monthly closing activities, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Draft and ensure adherence to management control procedures; plan and conduct periodic audits to ensure data reliability.
- Analyze stock levels, including coverage rates, turnover rates, buffer stock, and depreciation.
- Oversee, control, and analyze rotating inventories.
- Assist the Head of Management Control and cost center managers in budget monitoring.
- Participate in budget processes, ensuring the reliability and updating of budgetary data (product nomenclatures and ranges).
- Engage in cross-functional projects at the site or inter-site level with operational teams or CDG Sites and Headquarters teams.
- Degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or university with a focus on finance/management.
- Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in Industrial Management Control or external audit.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
- Curiosity and pragmatism in fieldwork.
- Dynamic and resourceful with proven ability to unify teams.
- Proactive in proposing and driving improvements in site management results.
- Environmental awareness and commitment to the company's objectives.
Minimum of 3 years in Industrial Management Control or external audit.
Degree in finance or management from a Business School, Engineering School, or university.
