Louis Vuitton Industrial Controller Assistant

- Collaborate closely with site personnel, including logistics and team leaders, to provide support.
- Participate in monitoring site management indicators (daily, weekly, monthly KPIs) to measure the workshop's performance.
- Track time performance metrics such as activity, pace, productivity, absenteeism rates, hourly rates, workforce movements, and integration of new entrants and products.
- Monitor material performance, including leather loss rates, non-conformities, stock management, inventories, and obsolescence.
- Ensure budgetary tracking of operating expenses and capital expenditures, implement cost-reduction actions, and monitor return on investments.
- Verify and validate product costings in collaboration with technical teams.
- Prepare monthly closures, including invoicing, analysis, and reporting.
- Create and enhance production tracking reports.
- Propose and animate improvement initiatives.
- Ideally from a Business School, Engineering School, or university with a focus on finance/management.
- First experience in industrial management control.
- Proficiency in management control techniques.
- Strong affinity for IT tools (Excel, Power BI/Query, SAP, databases).
- Rigorous and autonomous work ethic.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships across various contacts.
Entry-level experience in industrial management control is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
