1. Collaborate closely with site personnel, including logistics and team leaders, to provide support.
2. Participate in monitoring site management indicators (daily, weekly, monthly KPIs) to measure the workshop's performance.
3. Track time performance metrics such as activity, pace, productivity, absenteeism rates, hourly rates, workforce movements, and integration of new entrants and products.
4. Monitor material performance, including leather loss rates, non-conformities, stock management, inventories, and obsolescence.
5. Ensure budgetary tracking of operating expenses and capital expenditures, implement cost-reduction actions, and monitor return on investments.
6. Verify and validate product costings in collaboration with technical teams.
7. Prepare monthly closures, including invoicing, analysis, and reporting.
8. Create and enhance production tracking reports.
9. Propose and animate improvement initiatives.

1. Ideally from a Business School, Engineering School, or university with a focus on finance/management.
2. First experience in industrial management control.

1. Proficiency in management control techniques.
2. Strong affinity for IT tools (Excel, Power BI/Query, SAP, databases).
3. Rigorous and autonomous work ethic.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain good relationships across various contacts.

Entry-level experience in industrial management control is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
