Louis Vuitton Industrial and Supply Legal Counsel

- Provide legal support to teams involved in industrial activities and supply chain operations, including logistics, procurement of materials and components, machinery, and finished products, as well as marketing teams concerning consumer law and competition law.
- Negotiate, draft, and validate various contracts, including the development and updating of standard contract templates.
- Offer legal expertise on cross-functional projects involving different stakeholders such as workshops, procurement, innovation, marketing, CSR, and Italian subsidiaries.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation processes.
- Conduct legal monitoring, keeping abreast of legislative, regulatory, and jurisprudential developments.
- Master's degree in Business Law and/or Contract Law.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a corporate setting or law firm.
- Proven experience in international contract negotiation within an industrial context.
- Strong assertiveness, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Client-oriented mindset with pragmatism, proactivity, and responsiveness.
- Fluency in French, Italian, and English, both written and spoken.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector, demonstrating excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on international contract negotiation in an industrial environment.
Master's degree in Business Law and/or Contract Law.
