Louis Vuitton Industrial and Supply Legal Counsel

- Provide legal support to industrial and supply teams, including logistics, procurement of materials, components, machinery, and finished products, as well as marketing teams concerning consumer and competition law.
- Negotiate, draft, and validate various contracts, including the development and updating of standard contracts.
- Offer legal expertise on cross-functional projects involving workshops, procurement, innovation, marketing, CSR, and Italian subsidiaries.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation processes.
- Conduct legal monitoring, including legislative, regulatory, and case law developments.
- Master's degree in Business Law and/or Contract Law.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
- Proficiency in French, Italian, and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation skills with an international contractual focus in an industrial context.
- Client-oriented mindset with pragmatism, proactivity, and responsiveness.
- Ability to demonstrate assertiveness, negotiate, argue, and persuade.
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry, with a focus on excellence, precision, and creativity.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on international contract negotiation in an industrial setting.
Master's degree in Business Law and/or Contract Law.
