- Participate in purchasing missions for General Services and Industrial Equipment categories
- Develop tools and processes to improve organizational efficiency
- Conduct market research on these categories, including supplier innovation and identification of new entrants
- Monitor indices
- Provide administrative support (COC/NDA/CGA campaigns)
- Manage suppliers in the category
- Lead the expense tracking tool
- Facilitate a network within the group for sharing best practices and connections
- Analyze the financial situation of partner suppliers
- Weekly monitor the CSR performance of suppliers
- Student in the 3rd year of business or engineering school with a specialization in Supply Chain, Purchasing, and/or Operations
- Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint/Canva
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
