1. Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data from various sources.
2. Develop and maintain reports on key metrics such as spend analysis, savings, and vendor performance.
3. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements through data insights.
4. Prepare presentations to effectively communicate project updates and findings.
5. Assist in the sourcing process, including market research, supplier identification, and RFI/RFP development.
6. Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement documentation.
7. Engage directly with Tier 1 suppliers to explain the OSS/Ivalua project and guide them through onboarding.
8. Ensure data accuracy for supplier information before handing it over to the Procurement team.
9. Provide support for catalogue uploads and assist with tracking and reporting progress for the project.

1. Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in a business-related or Supply Chain major.
2. Authorized to work in Hong Kong without VISA sponsorship.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
3. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
4. Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. A genuine interest in the Retail Luxury industry.
7. Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Beginner level experience suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in a business-related or Supply Chain major.
