1. Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data from various sources.
2. Develop and maintain reports on key procurement metrics, such as spend analysis, savings tracking, and vendor performance.
3. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement based on data.
4. Assist in the sourcing process, including market research, supplier identification, and developing Requests for Information (RFI)/Proposals (RFP).
5. Support the evaluation of supplier proposals and contribute to contract negotiations.
6. Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement documentation.
7. Assist with various procurement projects, such as category strategy development and process improvement initiatives.
8. Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends.
9. Prepare presentations and reports for project updates and findings.
10. Support the preparation for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) project implementation.

1. Currently enrolled in a Year 3 or 4 undergraduate or graduate program, in a business-related or Supply Chain major.
2. Authorized to work in Hong Kong without VISA sponsorship.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
3. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
4. Resourceful problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Beginner

Currently enrolled in a Year 3 or 4 undergraduate or graduate program, in a business-related or Supply Chain major.

Interns will gain exposure to various facets of operations within a luxury retail environment, engage with seasoned experts, and participate in structured training and mentorship programs.
