1. Assist procurement and category managers throughout the procurement cycle.
2. Participate in supplier sourcing and market analysis.
3. Aid in the preparation and launch of requests for information, quotations, and proposals.
4. Analyze offers with a focus on quality, financials, and sustainability.
5. Contribute to budget monitoring, savings tracking, and supplier performance evaluation.
6. Update dashboards, reports, and summary presentations.
7. Support contract drafting and management, including clauses, amendments, and renewals.
8. Engage in compliance, sustainability, certification, ethics, and risk management topics.
9. Participate in procurement digitalization projects, process improvements, and supplier data structuring.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, engineering school, university, or equivalent program.

1. Strong interest in procurement, negotiation, project management, and complex environments.
2. Proficiency in numerical analysis and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally procurement software.
3. Good command of English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
