1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand image.
2. Lead and inspire a team of Visual Merchandisers to ensure execution of visual guidelines and brand standards.
3. Plan and execute window displays, in-store displays, and product presentations to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
4. Collaborate with the Retail team to understand customer preferences and translate insights into impactful visual merchandising displays.
5. Monitor and evaluate in-store visual merchandising standards for compliance with global guidelines.
6. Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance and support to the Visual Merchandising team.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in visual merchandising.
8. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in visual merchandising materials.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination on visual merchandising initiatives.
10. Assist in training and development of Visual Merchandising team members.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion or retail industry.
2. Strong knowledge of luxury retail and fashion trends.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
5. Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
6. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation.
