Louis Vuitton Manager of In-store Visual Merchandising

- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the Louis Vuitton brand image.
- Lead and inspire a team of Visual Merchandisers to execute visual guidelines and maintain brand standards.
- Plan and execute window displays, in-store displays, and product presentations to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Retail team to understand customer preferences and translate insights into impactful visual displays.
- Monitor and evaluate in-store visual merchandising standards for compliance with global guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance and ensure consistent brand representation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance customer experience.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for visual merchandising materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on visual merchandising initiatives.
- Assist in training and developing Visual Merchandising team members.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail and fashion trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Flexibility to travel within Macau.
- Fluency in English.

A minimum of 10 years in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion or retail industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
