Louis Vuitton In-Store Visual Merchandiser

- Distribute and implement window and niche displays according to zoning proposals.
- Select products for all windows and niches and coordinate with store teams for preparation.
- Conduct quality checks post-installation and document with photographs.
- Engage in zoning discussions with store and category managers and the Country VM manager.
- Coordinate product preparation and manpower for implementation of validated zoning.
- Develop and execute rotation plans for visual merchandising changes across product categories.
- Perform daily quality checks for windows and niches to ensure high standards.
- Maintain store presentation, including product, cleanliness, and electrical maintenance.
- Communicate with head office regarding product tension and provide substitutes when products are sold.
- Refresh store displays during product launches, mid-season, and before store visits.
- Organize and maintain the props stock room, updating inventory lists and ensuring all props are in good condition.
- Communicate visual merchandising guidelines to store staff regularly.
- Coordinate and support CRM events setup and other VM activities, including trunk shows and events.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to communicate effectively with store teams and head office.
- Proficiency in developing and executing visual merchandising plans.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the luxury fashion industry, is required.
