1. Collaborate with Store Director and Product Specialists on business and visual merchandising (VM) issues, including sales trends and new collections.
2. Develop store zoning for product categories in collaboration with Product Specialists and Store Managers.
3. Coordinate with Area VM and local suppliers for window installations and manage product changes for rotations.
4. Prepare product lists for new displays and install products according to global guidelines.
5. Implement VM concepts for in-store events and support related activities.
6. Capture and report visual merchandising setups to Country-Area VM and adjust product zoning based on sales performance.
7. Conduct daily maintenance checks to ensure retail standards are met, including lighting and product presentation.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising.
2. Experience with multicategory brands, including ready-to-wear (RTW).
3. Proven track record in supporting store business through visual merchandising.
4. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
5. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
